Transition Coordinators Network

The SST3 Transition Coordinators Network meets four times a year to update their skills and knowledge in the area of transition planning for youth with disabilities. Speakers present on the most recent findings and protocols, and coordinators have an opportunity to develop collaborative activities with colleagues from other districts. The goal is to share best practice information that can be used to promote successful outcomes for students with disabilities.

Network members include Work-Study Coordinators, Vocational-Special Education Coordinators, Job Training Coordinators, Transition Coordinators, and Career Assessment Specialists from school districts throughout Cuyahoga County.
 
The 2023-24 Transition Coordinators Network meets from 8:30-10 a.m. in a hybrid format. Registration information is available on our PD calendar or at the links below.

Cuyahoga County Transition Collaborative

The Cuyahoga County Transition Collaborative (CCTC) network is a multi-agency planning team composed of members of the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, Transition Specialists, and Parent Mentor organizations. CCTC meets three time a year to discuss and develop cross-agency plans and services for Cuyahoga County students with disabilities. 

Network members include Transition Coordinators, VoSEs, Special Education Directors and Supervisors, Intervention Specialists, and Building Administrators from Cuyahoga County.
 
The 2023-24 Cuyahoga County Transition Collaborative meets virtually from 1-3 p.m. Registration information is available on our PD calendar or at the link below.
