- Original Birth Certificate
- Photo ID
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency
- Custody Documents if applicable
- Special Education Documents if applicable
WHAT ELSE DO FAMILIES NEED TO KNOW? WHY SHOULD THEY REGISTER NOW?
Once registration is complete, the office will contact the parents to collect the required documentation.
HOW WILL DISTRICT PROVIDE ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO THOSE PARENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE IT AT HOME?

HOW IS THE SCHOOL PRACTICING SAFETY MEASURES FOR FACE-TO-FACE REGISTRATION?
Registration is fully remote whenever possible. When it is necessary for someone to come in, we are asking that they wear masks and stay physically distant from staff members.
