
Shared Services Alliance (SSA) is a partnership between the Educational Service Centers of Northeast Ohio, Lorain, and Medina Counties designed to create new, unique services for school districts. The SSA team consists of licensed treasurers, experienced payroll staff, transportation experts, human resources coordinators, skilled analysts and research specialists. The highly skilled and diverse team provides financial, business and operational services to school districts and governmental agencies across Ohio.
Ryan Pendleton serves as the Executive Director for both Shared Services Alliance and Connect ITC, where he partners with districts to help design a trusted learning environment through supporting safety protocols, cybersecurity best practices, technology upgrades, and valid data for decision-making. The partnership between the two organizations allows for an efficient and innovative approach to providing fiscal and operational support.
SSA also collaborates with multiple consultants specializing in reconciliation, research and development, employee benefits, strategic planning, and team development services.
