Parma Kindergarten and Senior Walk Brings Students Full Circle

Before the Valley Forge vs. Normandy football game kicks off on Friday, October 24, Parma City School District will celebrate a heartwarming tradition that brings the school experience full circle — the annual Kindergarten/Senior Walk at Byers Field.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., kindergarteners from across the district will walk across the field to meet this year’s graduating seniors for high fives and a group photo, symbolizing the journey from a student’s first year in school to their last.

It’s a special evening that highlights school spirit, community pride, and the excitement of the educational journey — from the very first day of kindergarten to graduation night.
