The ESC of Northeast Ohio provides BCI and FBI background checks
by appointment only and must be scheduled online via the calendly link posted below.

You must bring your driver's license, or a state issued ID as well as provide your social security number.
Background Check Prices:
BCI Only $30
FBI Only $30
BCI & FBI both $60
Substitutes Only:
BCI Only $25
FBI Only $25
BCI & FBI both $50
Payments Accepted:
Cash (must be the exact amount, we cannot make change)
Check or Money Order (Made out to the ESCNEO)
Credit or Debit Card (if paying by credit or debit card there will be an additional fee of $1.95)
We are located on the first floor, Suite 100 off the main lobby. Please press the "service" button located on the desk when you arrive.
NOTE: You are responsible for selecting the correct fingerprint service. Selecting the incorrect service does NOT make you eligible for a refund or discount.
Fingerprinting is a NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE. If you are unsure of which service you need, please obtain more information from whoever requested your fingerprints.
