This half-day professional development is designed for district and building PBIS leaders who are responsible for guiding and sustaining high-quality PBIS implementation. Participants will be introduced to the updated PBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) 3.0, exploring key revisions and how the tool can be used to more accurately assess and monitor PBIS implementation at both the building and district levels.
Through guided learning, collaborative discussion, and applied planning time, leaders will:
Understand the purpose and major updates included in the TFI 3.0.
Explore how TFI 3.0 aligns with continuous improvement cycles and supports sustainable PBIS practices.
Examine strategies for facilitating the transition from earlier versions of the TFI to the 3.0 version.
Develop action steps for integrating the updated tool into district and building-level monitoring systems.
Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the TFI 3.0, practical tools for leading their teams through the transition, and a draft plan for using the tool to strengthen PBIS implementation across tiers.
