Empowering Early Learners Through MTSS: A Literacy-Focused Approach - Part 1
This workshop offers an engaging and hands-on professional development session on Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) in Early Childhood Literacy. This workshop will equip educators with practical strategies to support young learners at all levels through data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and intentional teaching practices.

READ, TALK, PLAY: Research-based Tier 1 Literacy Strategies - Part 2
Our dynamic professional development session, "Read, Talk, Play: Research-Based Tier 1 Literacy Strategies," is designed exclusively for early childhood educators! In this engaging workshop, you'll discover research-backed methods to create a language-rich environment that nurtures literacy from the very start. Learn how to spark young minds with effective read-alouds, foster meaningful conversations through responsive talk, and harness the power of play to build critical cognitive and social-emotional skills. Empower your classroom with practical strategies that promote balanced instruction and set every child on the path to literacy success. Explore, reflect, and take actionable steps toward transforming your teaching practice—because every child deserves the gift of literacy!

Beyond the Basics: Tier 2 & Tier 3 Literacy Strategies for Differentiated Instruction - Part 3

Building on our foundational session “Read, Talk, Play: Research-Based Tier 1 Literacy Strategies,” this dynamic follow-up workshop dives deeper into targeted and intensive literacy interventions. In this interactive session, early childhood educators will explore research-based Tier 2 and Tier 3 strategies designed to support students who require additional or specialized instruction. Participants will learn how to:

  • Differentiate Instruction: Implement small-group and individualized interventions that address diverse learning needs.

  • Utilize Data-Driven Practices: Analyze student performance data to inform targeted support and make timely instructional adjustments.

  • Integrate Evidence-Based Strategies: Apply best practices that extend foundational literacy skills and foster continuous growth among students needing extra support.

Transform your approach to literacy instruction by effectively bridging the gap between universal support and specialized interventions—ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
