DAY 2 This builds on trust and fostering healthy relationships among board members and district leaders, emphasizing communication, transparency, and shared purpose. The session helps board members strengthen how they receive feedback, individually and collectively. Participants will explore how unproductive reactions can show up under pressure and how empathy and curiosity support more constructive responses. Board members will complete a brief saboteur assessment and practice practical steps for responding to feedback in common board situations. This session offers a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, share perspectives, and leave with strategies that support trust, resilience, and effective governance.
