This framework gives Ohio schools and partners a shared way to help students move from early awareness to real-world learning and post-secondary action. It outlines the four phases of career development – Awareness, Exploration, Preparation, and Participation – supported by continuous coaching, advising, and real-world learning.
This session will provide an overview of the framework, as well as allow for a deeper look into its four phases of career development in a practical way.
