OPES

All Principals and Assistant Principals must be fully evaluated using the OPES system annually. Training for New Evaluators is scheduled every fall, spring, and summer to meet your district needs. This training is required prior to accessing the credentialing assessment. Educators must be credentialed in order to conduct OPES evaluations.

For evaluators who have already been trained, the credentialing assessment expires every two years. To renew, evaluators can log into their Insight Advance account no more than 60 days prior to expiration to access their re-credentialing assessment.

Additional support trainings related to OPES compliance are offered and customizable to meet the needs of your districts and/or individual evaluators.
