Shaker Heights High School held a day-long Chinese New Year celebration, welcoming students, families, and staff to mark the Year of the Snake. The event, supported by the Shaker Schools Foundation, featured traditional activities including dumpling-making, Chinese crafts, and a dragon-awakening ceremony with dance. Students from Chinese language courses, IB World History, Asian Studies, and the Asian Culture Club participated in the festivities, which concluded with a livestream countdown to the New Year.
