Congratulations to the Lakewood High School Chamber Orchestra on receiving the highest possible rating for its performance in the Ohio Music Education Association's State Orchestra Adjudicated Event held Feb. 18. The ensemble performed in Class A, without a conductor, and received straight ones, the highest rating. One judge commented, "Thank you for demonstrating the ultimate goal of the teacher- musical independence!" Kudos to all the student musicians and their director, Beth Hankins.
