The First Ring Schools Collaborative Board Members adopted a new strategic plan in May 2022.  This plan consists of four goals:

Goal 1: Create and execute essential support workplans.

Goal 2: Ensure FRSC has the information needed to effectively implement and measure progress toward its priorities.

Goal 3: Define and foster growth of a collaborative culture for the FRSC among district leadership.

Goal 4: Grow the FRSC advocacy efforts to influence pre-k-12+ policy at regional and state level.

As part of the plan, each goal has an associated set of strategies, tactics, and metrics that will allow FRSC members to ascertain whether they are succeeding or need to revisit some of their work.
