Quarterly, Maple Heights City Schools' new food service provider, Taher, provides some "sizzle" in extra options for their services.  Yesterday, fifteen students from Obama learned how to make soft pretzels.  Taher Chef taught them how to read and follow recipes, knead dough, and roll and shape pretzels. They baked the pretzels for the students and distributed them to those students when they were done to take home and enjoy.  One of their Regional Chefs, Chad Hemminger, taught the kids in the kitchen class this week.
