Educational Stability Network

Together. Coordinating Education and Social-Emotional Needs through Networking.

The Educational Stability Network began to support school districts and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) in the implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), particularly regarding Foster Care changes/legislation. The meeting has evolved to discuss social-emotional and system-related needs around the Whole Child including HB410 truancy, Mental Health, Homelessness, Fostercare, etc. The meeting allows for cross-sharing, problem-solving, collaboration, and networking. The Network Meeting is an opportunity for all systems to work together to address the whole child collaboratively.

We will continue to expand partnership and topic discussions as needed. This meeting meets quarterly. CLICK HERE to view the 2022-2023 meeting dates.
